We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. We are looking for a great can-do attitude and agile. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with candidates.

Schedule Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

must be available for check-in's twice a week. Early start( will discuss during the interview)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with candidates
• Conduct initial screening of potential candidates
• Develop a strong understanding of our services and our candidates
• Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
• Interview candidates in a thorough, professional manner
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews for all new hires
• Conduct background checks on all new hires
• Review resumes and cover letters before hiring
• Conduct daily tours to showcase departments for openings
• Support Human Resources for candidates
• Data entry, LMS, ADP, and new systems as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Recruit on social media and other hiring sites to find skill set required
• Conduct drug testing and background checks
• Complete I9 and E-verify for every candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
